Nurse Lucid has been ordered by Nurse Mandy to retrieve a sample from this boy. Mandy warns her he can be difficult, so Lucid makes sure he's immobile before milking him. Nurse Lucid is not in a mood to mess around, so she violently strokes, extracting the sample quick as possible. Near climax (see animation) Nurse Lucid begins a special technique designed to milk the patient completely dry, creating little helpless spurts again and again while the patient bucks. She has to make sure to get every drop.
